Here’s another re edit photo that I’m will be uploading to my online archive. Yesterday I posted another image from Kvällån with I also had re edit.
I’m in a process of on building a photo archive online and I’m going through my entire library of images. And I’m finding a lot of photos that I edited a couple of years ago in a style that was appealing to me at that time.
But taste change over the years. Back then I liked high contrast and saturated colors. Today I am a little more careful with the contrast and colors.
I made this photo in June 2009 and the stream are Kvällån in Åsele.
When I’m in the forest I find peace. As I walked around here last Sunday, I found traces beaver, woodpecker and squirrel. I sat down with a cup of coffee and listened. I heard a woodpecker in the distance, two ravens sitting on a branch and talking on the other side of the river. A swan flying over me.
Can it get any better?
Burnt forest along the stream Stamsjöån.
Starting this week with a black & white image I did this weekend. A couple of years ago there was a controlled fire here. I overexposed slightly on this gray and cloudy day to make it a high-key image.
Edit in Lightroom using the VCSO Film Pack 2 and Nikon D800E, 70-200/2,8, ISO 320, 1/500s and f9.
